Have You Tried These Aromatherapy Secrets In Your Home?
Practical Uses For Aromatherapy Around Your Home – Print This
Here is a cool infographic that illustrates some common uses for aromatherapy around the home. Some of these suggested uses make good sense and you don’t see them mentioned that often, for example using chamomile oil in the bathroom! Some great ideas here.
You’ll see lemon oil illustrated for use in the kitchen. Ever wonder why so many kitchen cleaners and detergents have lemon oil as an ingredient? Lemon oil is amazing because it has so many properties – antiseptic, antimicrobial, and antibacterial to name a few. It is also a proven mood lifter and super good at cutting through grease and dirt. Lemon can be combined with other essential oils such as basil or thyme for even greater cleaning power.
Cedar wood oil is also mentioned, for use during a workout. Be sure to dilute as noted, as this is a very potent oil and shouldn’t be applied to the skin full strength.
