Melt Away Stress, Tension, and Anxiety With This Amazing Aromatherapy Massage Oil
Aromatherapy massage is amazing for reducing stress and bringing on a feeling of well being. It is basically massage therapy, but with an added benefit. Concentrated oils derived from plants (essential oils) are added to the massage oil. The essential oils used are chosen based on the desired effect and experience.
So how does this work? In a nutshell, the nostrils are tied in with what is called your “limbic system”. The limbic system influences the nervous system, emotions, and hormones. When essential oil molecules are inhaled, messages are sent to the limbic system. These messages are known to have an effect on heart rate, stress, blood pressure, and the immune system.
